Accommodation affiliate technology

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies of its own and creates no audience profiles. On eligible editorial pages, Stay22 LetMeAllez loads when the page opens, once the page itself has loaded, to adapt supported accommodation links or show booking suggestions. We do not ask for consent before it loads. We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Stay22 Technologies Inc. says it uses technical data such as your IP address, browser, device type, operating system and time zone to tell new from returning visitors and to attribute bookings, and it may use cookies or similar technologies under its Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Our security policy lets the script contact Stay22 servers and api.thumbmarkjs.com, a browser-identification service. Global Privacy Control prevents the automatic loader, and so does the choice below. Stay22 Maps continue to load only when you select the visible Map control.

Cookie-free affiliate measurement

Our own measurement endpoint, events.providenceguide.app, runs on Cloudflare and is operated by EL Premier. It records one Stay22 loader request when LetMeAllez starts on an eligible page; one view when a sponsored link or control is at least 50% visible; the first click on it; and, on Map pages, the view of the Map control, the action that loads the Map and a click on its fallback link. Each record holds the event and its time, the site, page path and language, and the provider, placement, mechanism, campaign or Stay22 script ID and destination host. The endpoint adds the browser's user agent, the approximate country and Cloudflare data centre that handled the request, the TLS version and the address of the sending site. It does not store your IP address, and records contain no account, cookie, browser-storage identifier, booking, payment or full destination URL. The client omits browser credentials and sends nothing when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is on. These events show only exposure and outbound interaction; they do not prove a booking or revenue.

Optional travel dates

If you select arrival and departure, we keep the complete pair in this tab’s session storage. Dates travel in the link fragment to the Portugal guides you open and are removed from the address on arrival. They are added to Stay22 accommodation search links only. Clear dates in a date selector to remove them from this tab. Our affiliate event records do not include the selected dates.

Map tiles from OpenStreetMap

Some pages show an interactive Portugal map. When it comes near the visible part of the page, your browser requests map images from the OpenStreetMap Foundation’s tile servers without a click. Each request sends your IP address, your browser’s user agent and this site’s address (not the full page address) to the Foundation and the content delivery network that serves its tiles, which process them under the OSMF Privacy Policy. Legal bases

• Hosting, security and request handling by Cloudflare: our legitimate interest in delivering and protecting the site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Stay22 LetMeAllez on eligible pages: our legitimate interest in funding these free guides through accommodation commissions (Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not ask for consent before it loads; you can object at any time with the Stay22 choice above or with Global Privacy Control.
• Cookie-free affiliate measurement: our legitimate interest in knowing which placements are seen and used (Art. 6(1)(f)). Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track stop it.
• Map tiles and, where offered, Stay22 Maps: our legitimate interest in showing the maps on the page (Art. 6(1)(f)). A Stay22 Map loads only when you select it.

Recipients

• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), our processor, hosts the site and the measurement endpoint and stores the measurement records.
• Stay22 Technologies Inc. (Canada) receives data from LetMeAllez and, where offered, from Stay22 Maps you load. Its privacy policy says it uses such data on behalf of the sites that embed its tools, that it may use its own service providers (sub-processors), for example for hosting, analytics and API services, and that it shares the region you are in with its booking partners.
• Thumbmark Oy (Finland) runs api.thumbmarkjs.com, a browser-identification service. Our content security policy lets Stay22’s LetMeAllez script contact it, so when that script uses it, it may receive browser, device and request signals and data derived from your IP address.
• The OpenStreetMap Foundation (United Kingdom) and its content delivery network receive map-tile requests.
• GetYourGuide and Viator receive your visit only when you open one of their links.
• Booking providers you reach through these links process your search or booking under their own terms.

International transfers

Cloudflare is based in the United States and states that it is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which is covered by an EU adequacy decision, and that it also uses Standard Contractual Clauses. Stay22 is based in Canada, which has an EU adequacy decision for commercial organisations; its policy says some of its service providers are in the United States and Europe. The OpenStreetMap Foundation is a company registered in England and Wales; the United Kingdom’s EU adequacy decision was renewed in December 2025, and the Foundation says its tiles come from a global network of cache servers. Thumbmark Oy is established in Finland, inside the EU; its policy says some of its processors may be outside the EU and EEA and relies on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses for them.

How long data is kept

Measurement records are kept while they are needed to evaluate the placements on these sites; no fixed automatic deletion period applies yet. Your Stay22 choice stays in this browser until you change it or clear the site’s data; if your browser blocks that storage, it lasts only until you close the tab, or only for the open page. Optional travel dates stay in the tab until you clear them or close it. Cloudflare, Stay22, the OpenStreetMap Foundation and the providers you visit keep data under their own policies.

Your rights

You can ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, including a copy, and for its correction, erasure or restricted use, and you can object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests (GDPR Articles 15 to 18 and 21). Email info@elpremier.com. Measurement records contain no name, account or cookie identifier, so we may need the time, page and browser of a visit to find them. You can also complain to a supervisory authority, as described below.
